Soulja Boy has more to worry about than Chris Brown.
The 26-year-old rapper, whose real name is DeAndre Cortez Way, is facing multiple felony weapon charges, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced on Monday.
Way was charged with two felony counts, one for possession of an assault weapon and the other for possession of a firearm in violation of probation, along with a misdemeanor count of receiving stolen property, the department said in a news release.
The charges are related to the rapper’s Dec. 15 arrest for a probation violation at his Hollywood Hills home after authorizes said they found him in possession of firearms, one of which had been reported stolen from a Huntington Beach police vehicle.
Way pleaded not guilty in a Los Angeles court, the Los Angeles Times reports. He faces four years in jail if convicted.
