A Brooklyn woman turned herself in to cops Saturday on charges she slugged a boy she thought was behaving rudely at his father’s Bronx bodega.
Jathiyah Richards, 47, surrendered to cops about six weeks after she was caught on video punching Mohammed Almontsir, 10.
The fifth-grader went to the East 206th Street shop at about 2 p.m. on Aug. 19 to grab some bags he had left behind the counter, his father told The Post.
When the child asked a female clerk to hand over his stuff, Richards allegedly took exception, telling the boy “You should have manners. Say, ‘Please, can I please have the bag?’ ” said the dad, Ibrahim Almontsir.
The boy told Richards to mind her own business, and that’s when she socked him three times.
