"I am ISIS": Man Arrested for Threatening EMT Driver with Knife
A Brooklyn man was arrested Sunday morning after he threatened two EMTs with a butterfly knife while screaming he was a member of ISIS, cops said.
Jancer Abreu, 23, was acting erratically — shouting “I am ISIS” and punching the windows of an FDNY ambulance — just after 6 a.m. at Wyckoff Avenue and Stanhope Street in Bushwick, police said.
Cops charged him with menacing, harassment and criminal possession of a weapon.
Investigators later determined Abreu had no links to any terrorist organizations.
